Thesaurus Management System

Summary

The Royal Library of the Netherlands is procuring a centrally hosted thesaurus management system under a single-lot framework agreement. The scope includes supplying and implementing the system, migrating existing data, and providing ongoing management, maintenance, user support and access to four thesauri: the Dutch Thesaurus of Authors (NTA), Dutch Thesaurus of Organisations (NTC), Dutch Printers Thesaurus (NTD) and Brinkman Thesaurus. Their current sizes are approximately 3 million, 135,000, 23,000 and 16,000 terms respectively; the estimated framework agreement ceiling for its full term is €950,000 excluding VAT.
