Identity and Access Management (IAM) service

Summary

The Municipality of Amersfoort is procuring a cloud-based Identity and Access Management (IAM) service to replace its existing UMRA system, including implementation, user licences, hosting, technical management, maintenance and support. The service is intended to support approximately 3,000 identities: 2,500 users and 500 guest accounts. The contract is not divided into lots; implementation is scheduled for 1 April to 30 September 2027, followed by four years of service with three optional two-year extensions.
