Architect services for the new ISK Pontem College building

Summary

Stichting voCampus is seeking an architect for the new ISK Pontem College in Nijmegen. The 36-month assignment covers architectural design and advice, preparing the building and site-layout designs for technical implementation, and assisting with aesthetic supervision during construction. The school is planned to include approximately 4,660 m² of educational space and two sports halls, with a possible 900 m² expansion using temporary teaching units; the site covers approximately 8,700 m². This procurement concerns the architectural services only; engineering and building-physics services are to be commissioned separately.
