Reintegration and participation programmes: social participation, work readiness and support for non-Dutch speakers

Summary

The Municipality of Nissewaard is procuring reintegration, participation and development services for residents receiving support under the Participation Act, through three lots: social participation support for people far from the labour market; work-readiness and job placement, including aftercare; and tailored support for recognised refugees and other non-Dutch speakers. The expected volume is 120–150 referrals per year: 30–40 in Lot 1, 70–80 in Lot 2 and 20–30 in Lot 3. The estimated total value is €500,000 per year, with a maximum collective contract value of €3 million over up to four years.
