Framework Agreement for Consultancy and Engineering Services for the Stadslint Keizerslanden Project

Summary

The Municipality of Deventer is procuring one multi-year framework agreement with a single engineering consultancy for the Stadslint Keizerslanden project, without lots. Services include integrated urban, civil, traffic, landscape, green-space and water design; CAD/GIS work; environmental management; geotechnical and structural design; cable and utility design; and supporting investigations and participation. The first call-off covers start-up and development of a grade-separated solution at Van Oldenielstraat. Further call-offs may cover additional design, investigations, permits and preparation of contracts for implementation. The framework runs for two years, with two possible one-year extensions, and has a maximum value of €4,000,000 excluding VAT.
