Inspection of work equipment

Summary

Staatsbosbeheer is procuring a nationwide service to inspect work equipment at 130 work locations across the Netherlands, covering approximately 17,417 registered items. The single, unlottted contract includes periodic inspections, identification of approved equipment, digital asset registration, necessary minor maintenance and repair follow-up, and advice on equipment safety and reliability. The contract is expected to start on 1 May 2027 for two years, with up to three two-year extensions.
