Leadership Development Curriculum

Summary

Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) is procuring a long-term leadership development curriculum for all its employees, based on the university’s leadership model. The contract covers the design, implementation and continued development of a modular learning architecture and interventions, including online, in-person and blended training, as well as learning pathways for people leaders and leaders of leaders. The procurement is a single lot; the contract is planned to start on 1 February 2027, with an initial five-month term, an optional six-month extension and up to five further one-year extensions, ending no later than 31 December 2032.
