Maintenance of block paving in Den Helder

Summary

The Municipality of Den Helder is procuring a single-lot framework agreement for routine maintenance of block-paved roads, cycle paths and footways within the municipality. The work includes relaying paving, earthworks, supplying and installing replacement paving and kerbs, drainage-related repairs, traffic plans and temporary traffic measures, and other ancillary maintenance. New construction and reconstruction of paved areas are excluded. The agreement starts on 1 January 2027, runs for 24 months, and may be extended twice by 12 months; its maximum value is EUR 4 million excluding VAT.
