Project management and advisory services for new construction, renovation and functional modifications

Summary

Stichting ZAAM is seeking project management and specialist advisory services for new-build, renewal and renovation projects, as well as functional modifications to its school buildings. The services cover the project lifecycle from initiation through handover and aftercare, including construction project management, procurement support, property advice and management of smaller internal projects. The procurement is not divided into lots and is intended to establish framework agreements with three providers, with further assignments competed among them. The estimated value is €600,000 per year, or €4.8 million over eight years, with a maximum contract value of €7.9 million excluding VAT.
