Maintenance of gully inlets, linear drainage, spindles and sluices 2027

Summary

The tender covers the periodic cleaning and maintenance of Kampen municipality’s gully inlets and other street and linear drainage systems, sand traps, stormwater outlets, drainage and infiltration pipes, spindles and sluices, including in the Onderdijks district. The work includes mechanical and manual cleaning of more than 20,000 gullies, flushing pipes, clearing blockages, cleaning, inspecting and lubricating spindles and sluices, traffic management, sludge removal and GPS-based work reporting. The contractor must be available around the clock for emergency work and arrive on site within 1.5 hours. The contract runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027, with the authority entitled to extend it three times by one year, up to 31 December 2030. The estimated value is approximately €200,000 per year excluding VAT, but this is indicative only. Price is the only award criterion. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 16 November 2026. Participation requires a compliant tender and evidence of, among other things, the required liability insurance, experience in urban cleaning work, registration and safety competence. During contract performance, 5% of the invoiced contract value excluding VAT must be allocated to social-inclusion activities.
