Management and maintenance of pressure sewers and pumping stations 2027–2030

Summary

The contract covers the management and maintenance of pressure sewer systems, wastewater pumping stations and stormwater overflow and settling facilities (BBB) in the municipalities of Blaricum, Eemnes and Laren. The work includes annual preventive maintenance, repairs to breakdowns by qualified staff, and cleaning of the installations. Breakdown repairs are to be offered at a fixed price per installation; the bidder must also price the spare parts and additional work listed in the tender documents. The number of installations may change during the contract. The contract will be awarded to one contractor for up to four years: an initial two-year term, with two possible one-year extensions. The procurement is not divided into lots, and price is the only award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically through TenderNed by 11 November 2026 at 12:30. Bidders must provide at least two references for comparable work completed within the past five years, demonstrate the required insurance cover, and provide technicians with the required experience and certificates.
