Summary

The tender seeks one supplier to provide learning materials to the internal learning-materials fund of Johan de Witt Gymnasium for items made compulsory for its pupils. The supply includes textbooks and workbooks as well as digital licences and LiFo materials; the scope excludes the school’s own and open learning materials, items the supplier cannot provide, and pilot projects. Estimated annual expenditure is EUR 86,000 for textbooks and workbooks and EUR 49,000 for licences and LiFo; these amounts are not guaranteed revenue. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 July 2031. Bids are evaluated on the basis of the best price-quality ratio: quality is worth up to 40 points and price up to 60 points. The quality responses must address distribution and delivery, the availability of used textbooks, flexibility in the duration of LiFo methods, and communication and evaluation of cooperation. Bidders must score at least 20 points across these answers or their price will not be assessed. Bidders must provide one relevant reference and comply with the technical, delivery, returns, quality, data-protection, invoicing and communication requirements in the tender documents. A bid comprises a signed European Single Procurement Document, separate PDF answers to the four questions, and a price schedule in Excel and signed PDF.
