Experts in zero-emission construction and construction logistics in the Veluwe
Summary
The tender concerns expert services in zero-emission construction and construction logistics in the Veluwe. Under the framework agreement, the contractor will provide knowledge and expertise on emission-free working practices for, among other things, new construction, maintenance, sewer works, road infrastructure, green-space management, and public-sector development and construction projects. The work also covers charging infrastructure, grid connections and energy solutions related to grid congestion; zero-emission construction and logistics involving machinery and vehicles; and the development of public charging locations and cooperation between public and private parties. The framework agreement will be awarded to one contractor or a consortium of contractors. It will run for 24 months, with a planned start no later than 1 February 2027. The contracting authority may extend it twice, by 12 months each time. The estimated total value is EUR 750,000. The deadline for tenders is 10 November 2026 at 11:00. Quality accounts for 70% of the evaluation: coordination, approach and vision (30 points); experts’ knowledge and experience (20 points); and interview (20 points). The weighted hourly rate accounts for 30%. A 5% social return requirement applies during contract performance, and invoices must be submitted electronically.
