Industrial and Specialist Cleaning

Summary

The tender covers on-demand industrial and specialist cleaning services within the operating area of Waterschap Vechtstromen, including at wastewater pumping stations, wastewater treatment plants and sludge dewatering facilities. It is divided into three lots: industrial cleaning in the northern region, industrial cleaning in the southern region, and specialist cleaning. Specialist work may require specific techniques, safety measures or equipment, for example work in confined spaces or the use of divers. Bids may be submitted for one or more lots, and a bidder may be awarded up to three. For each industrial cleaning lot, one contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced bidder. For specialist cleaning, contracts will be awarded to up to three lowest-priced bidders. Price is the only award criterion. The estimated total value is EUR 5,700,000: EUR 720,000 for the northern lot, EUR 1,080,000 for the southern lot and EUR 3,900,000 for the specialist cleaning lot. Contracts are scheduled to start on 17 December 2026, run for two years and may be extended twice by one year. The submission deadline is 11 November 2026 at 11:00. Electronic invoicing and use of an electronic catalogue are required.
