Five work vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes with cranes for street-paving crews

The Municipality of Apeldoorn is procuring five work vehicles with cranes, each weighing up to 7.5 tonnes, for street-paving crews in two lots: four electric vehicles for use in built-up areas and one diesel vehicle for work in the outlying area. The electric vehicles must have electric propulsion and electrically powered cranes. The diesel vehicle must be suitable for HVO 100 fuel, and its crane must operate electrically with the vehicle’s power take-off available for emergencies. The vehicles must be supplied with charging equipment and specialist dropside bodies, loading cranes, grabs and equipment for road works. The required WLTP range for the electric vehicles is at least 200 km. The contract runs for eight years plus the delivery period and may be extended up to twice by one year. Bids may be submitted for both lots, and the same bidder may be awarded both. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 24 November 2026. Evaluation takes account of price and quality characteristics, including range, payload, loading-floor height, warranty and delivery time; the completed price schedule must not contain zero or negative prices. Bidders must provide references demonstrating the experience required for the relevant lot and confirm that no exclusion grounds apply.
