Framework Agreement for Tree Felling

Summary

The tender is for a framework agreement covering tree felling and stump removal for the municipality of 's-Hertogenbosch. The work includes routine and urgent tree felling, stump grinding or removal, handling of resulting materials, pruning of ecologically managed trees and, where needed, traffic management and reinstatement of paving around former tree pits. The estimated volume is about 800 trees per year, but quantities are indicative and the agreement does not guarantee that work will be ordered. The framework runs from 1 January 2027 to 1 January 2029 and may be extended twice for one year each, up to a maximum of 48 months. Routine work must be completed within 30 calendar days of an order; urgent felling must be completed within 2 or 5 working days. Bids are assessed on price (60%), communication (15%), CO2 reduction (10%) and circularity (15%). Bidders must submit a signed zero-emission equipment form and a work approach plan addressing communication, emissions reduction, and circular use of timber, wood chips and stumps.
