Pipette tips and plastic volumetric pipettes

Summary

Utrecht University will establish framework agreements with multiple suppliers for up to four years to supply disposable pipette tips and plastic volumetric pipettes to its faculties of science, veterinary medicine and geosciences. A bidder may offer only part of the product range. Eligible products include standard, gel-loading, filter, LTS-shaft, stepper or repeater, and positive-displacement tips, as well as plastic volumetric pipettes. The total ceiling for all framework agreements is €1,105,000. Agreements start on 1 January 2027 and run for up to four years or until the ceiling is reached; the buyer is not obliged to place orders. Bidders must be registered in the trade register, hold adequate business liability insurance and provide a relevant reference for supply to a laboratory. The bid, required forms and evidence must be submitted through TenderNed by 12:00 on 11 November 2026. Deliveries are generally due within five working days, and suppliers must meet the catalogue, ordering, delivery and electronic invoicing requirements. Before 1 January 2028, suppliers must support ordering through GHX and then connect their catalogue to SAP Business Network.
