Green-space maintenance in Diemen South and Centre

Summary

The procurement covers green-space maintenance in Diemen South and Diemen Centre, divided into two lots. The work includes weed control around trees and in planted areas, tree and shrub maintenance, hedge trimming, replacement planting, fertilising, lawn-edge cutting, temporary traffic management and surveys of flora and fauna. The maintenance contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028 and may be extended once for two years. A bidder may submit tenders for up to two lots but may be awarded only one; price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically with a signed tender form and a priced breakdown of the contract sum. To perform the contract, the contractor must have a quality system suited to the work, appoint a fixed contact person, and provide responsible management and supervisory staff who can speak and write Dutch. During performance, 2% of the contract sum must be devoted to social return. Vehicles must meet at least Euro 6 standards, and leaf blowers, chainsaws and brush cutters must be electric; chemical pesticides are prohibited. No tender guarantee is required.
