Liability insurance for the Municipality of Breda

Summary

The tender is for a liability insurance policy for the Municipality of Breda, starting on 1 January 2027. The policy must provide broad cover for third-party claims for personal injury, property damage and financial loss. The minimum limits are €5,000,000 per claim and €10,000,000 per insurance year for personal injury and property damage, and €2,500,000 per claim and €5,000,000 per insurance year for financial loss. Bids will be ranked by lowest price. The bidder must meet the financial, experience, staff competence and authorisation requirements and provide the required forms and evidence.
