Flexible capacity for handling WOO requests for the Province of Overijssel and the Municipality of Dalfsen

Summary

The procurement seeks one service provider to give the Province of Overijssel and the Municipality of Dalfsen additional capacity to handle public-information access requests (WOO requests) as their volume and complexity increase. The work includes reviewing documents, redacting information, preparing response and position papers, and drafting WOO decisions. The contracting authorities retain control of the process, decision-making and communication with requesters. The contract is a framework agreement with one provider.
