Fault response and maintenance for mechanical sewer systems

Summary

The Municipality of Stadskanaal is procuring fault response and maintenance services for mechanical sewer systems in two lots: (1) main pumping stations and buffer facilities, and (2) pressure sewers, vacuum sewers and fountains. The work includes periodic cleaning in accordance with BRL K10014 and inspection in accordance with BRL-K14020/01, preventive maintenance, the supply and installation of necessary materials and spare parts, monitoring suitable installations through the Xylem Aquaview telemetry system, and recording and reporting work, faults and deliveries in the SAM management application. One bidder will be selected for each lot. Bidders may submit offers for both lots and may be awarded both. The service period runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with two possible one-year extensions. The estimated values are EUR 200,000 for Lot 1 and EUR 1,000,000 for Lot 2.
