Implementation, management and maintenance and adaptations of camera surveillance system

Summary

The tender concerns the implementation, management and maintenance and adaptations of a camera surveillance system (CCTV), including replacement of components and integration with existing infrastructure. A framework agreement is to be established for up to eight years (initial period six years) starting 1 January 2027. Price is the primary award criterion with a ceiling of €1,150,000. The contract includes a mandatory Social Return (SROI) obligation of at least 3% of contract value, delivered through activities in work, learning, social procurement, societal activities and social investing, per the Regional SROI specification (Bijlage G). Requirement also includes Genetec VMS, ISO 27001 and VCA certificates, with relevant adherence to GIBIT 2025 IT procurement rules. Tender evaluations will apply the best price-quality ratio, with detailed qualitative criteria to be provided by the supplier.
