Tomingroep Fleet Insurance

Summary

Tomingroep is procuring insurance for its fleet of 131 vehicles: 22 passenger cars, 107 vans, one minibus and one truck. The required cover includes third-party motor liability, comprehensive cover, passenger accident insurance and work-risk liability; underground damage is excluded from work-risk cover. The vehicle schedule specifies the required cover for each vehicle. Cover applies in countries shown on the international motor insurance card, and the extended substitute-vehicle clause also applies on the insured’s own premises and inside its buildings. The contract starts on 31 December 2026 and ends on 1 January 2028. It then renews automatically for successive 12-month periods, up to nine times, unless either party gives notice at least three months before the expiry date. From 31 December 2025, the deductibles are €1,000 per incident for third-party liability and comprehensive damage, and €1,000 per incident for work-risk cover. There is no deductible for glass repair; glass replacement carries a €75 deductible per pane when carried out by an affiliated repairer. For a combined liability and comprehensive claim, only one deductible—the higher applicable amount—is charged. Comprehensive damage up to €2,500 excluding VAT may be repaired without an expert assessment. Insured amounts and claim payments are exclusive of VAT. Tenderers must quote fixed annual premiums by vehicle category; price is the sole award criterion. The quotation must include a 10% allowance for brokerage services. The insurer must hold the required insurance authorisation; if an authorised agent is used, that agent must also be licensed. Tenderers must submit the required declarations, completed price sheet and vehicle schedule. The tender and all documents must be in Dutch and submitted electronically via TenderNed by 11 November 2026 at 12:00.
