Multifunctional printers tender

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, maintenance and fleet management of multifunctional printers (MFPs) for all KNAW institutes. It includes hardware (larger A3 MFPs and some A4), software (drivers and management tools) and print management (Papercut) as well as service, consumables, and end-of-life handling. The solution must meet information security and privacy requirements (AVG and ISO/IEC 27001 Annex A), include on-premises deployment (no cloud), and integrate with KNAW IAM (Entra ID). A framework agreement will be established for an initial four-year term with up to two 2-year extensions, with a potential final end date of 31 March 2037 if all extensions are used. The procurement uses TenderNed and includes migration planning, training, reporting, and governance for the fleet across multiple sites.
