Crisis list of critical medicines and medical devices

Summary

This procurement concerns the development of a crisis list of critical medicines and medical devices. The objective is to mobilize field expertise to create a list of products essential to sustaining care during crises, and to use this list to support resilience-building measures, stockpiling, and policy development. The work is divided into key steps: scenario development (military disaster, pandemic, climate-related disaster, and terrorist incident), establishment of expert groups and a steering group, drafting the crisis list, advising on usage/volume, producing a concept report and the final crisis list, and delivering a final report plus a presentation. The contract is a fixed total price with a deadline to deliver the final report by 31 October 2027. The tender requires compliance with ARVODI-2025 and submission of required evidence and documents; open European procurement procedure applies.
