Summary

This annex is a declaration of no Russian involvement in the performance of the contract. It states that the contractor and its consortium are not Russian nationals, are not owned by a Russian party, and neither the contractor nor the consortium acts on behalf of a Russian person; it also states that no subcontractors, suppliers or companies with Russian involvement participate. The declaration includes Self-Cleaning measures and provides fields for signatures. The relevant obligations and evidence requirements must be checked in the tender documents.
