Summary

The procurement concerns the delivery of a single SaaS platform for Project Portfolio Management (PPM) to configure and manage projects, programs and portfolios. The platform must support both plan-driven and agile work, with a clear hierarchy for strategic goals, portfolios, programs, projects, epics/work packages, milestones and tasks, and provide cross-level reporting. The contract covers 50 licenses and includes implementation, training, migration and ongoing support, with integration capabilities (e.g., Microsoft 365, BI) and data migration/archiving considerations. The award will be based on a combination of price (30 points) and quality criteria (70 points).
