Refurbished and Circular Office Furniture

Summary

This tender concerns the supply and maintenance of Refurbished and Circular Office Furniture for the Municipality of Haarlemmermeer. The contractor will supply and refurbish existing and new circular office furniture, perform refurbishment, repairs and lifecycle services, and support circular strategies to extend furniture life. The contract is a framework agreement with a 7-year initial term and up to three 1-year extension options (maximum 10 years). The first-part ceiling is up to €2.7 million; ongoing maintenance and additional deliveries after opening the new town hall are capped at €0.8 million per year across components (€300,000 for Preventive/Mionn and €500,000 for Home-Working).
