Summary

The tender concerns the provision of laboratory diagnostics services by GGD IJsselland in Zwolle and Deventer, covering SG (sexual health), IZB, RZ and TB diagnostics and related services, including digital data exchange and service coordination. The bidder must meet qualification and compliance requirements, demonstrate financial capacity of at least €150,000 annual net turnover, and provide all required documents (ISO 15189 or CCKL accreditation; NEN 7510; UEAPD; and forms 1–5). The contract duration is 3 years with possible two 24-month extensions and a 6-month transition period after expiry.
