Salary administration services

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of salary administration services to WIJ Groningen. The contractor will provide payroll processing for about 800 employees/users per month, with implementation starting January 11, 2027 and regular payroll operation beginning by March 23, 2027 in the WIJ Groningen AFAS environment. The service includes payroll processing, changes, controls, tax and reporting responsibilities, pension processing, year-end tasks, and auditable support for the accountant. If needed, functional management and advisory services in payroll, law and AFAS will be provided. The contract requires ISAE 3402 Type II report, a VOG, and AFAS compliance. The provider must implement an SLA and ensure data security; ownership of data remains with WIJ Groningen. The pricing is all-inclusive and the contract term may include extensions up to six years with options.
