Summary

The procurement concerns the delivery, implementation, operation and support of a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) BOR management system for the Groen and Wegen disciplines for the municipalities of Maasdriel and Zaltbommel. The contract includes provision of SaaS licenses and hosting, data migration from existing management systems, implementation, configuration and deployment, realization and activation of prescribed integrations, training for end users, functional managers and application administrators, helpdesk and support during office hours, and ongoing technical and system management, maintenance and upgrades throughout the contract. The solution is intended to be usable by multiple municipalities, with separate databases per municipality but a shared base and common governance.
