Summary

The tender concerns supplies and services for method-bound durable and consumable learning materials (textbooks, manuals, workbooks, tests, etc.), method-bound learning packages (price per pupil), method-bound software, as well as educational software and learning packages. The contract is a framework agreement with a single supplier for 36 months, with up to three one-year extensions. Discounts and price-per-student discounts are key price-related criteria, alongside quality criteria for service delivery and advisory support.
