Providing barbecue arrangements for events

Summary

This procurement concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement with a single contractor to provide barbecue arrangement services for events at defence locations in the Netherlands, including the Wadden Islands and other locations used by the Contracting Authority. The contractor must supply barbecue arrangements, including gas barbecues with gas, personnel, tableware and presentation/decor materials, and all other services necessary to enable barbecue events in accordance with the Program of Requirements. The Contracting Authority will arrange reception, tables and lighting and other venue logistics; the precise requirements and award criteria are described in the tender documents.
