Digital work environments

Summary

The tender concerns the design, management, maintenance and support of the Service Bureau Jeugdhulp Haaglanden's digital work environment for about 50 users. The contractor will provide a holistic service covering a Microsoft 365/Azure/Modern Workplace environment, license management, service desk, technical support, data storage and protection, domain management, an incident registration tool, monitoring, backup and restore, cybersecurity services, software installation and management, hosting, and advisory on workplace provisioning. The contract duration is four years with the possibility of two two-year extensions. Proposals will be evaluated on a quality-price basis with a 70% weight on quality and 30% on price; price is not the only criterion.
