Raalte Transport Service (SVR)

Summary

This open-house procedure concerns transport services for Wmo-indicated passengers in the municipality of Raalte. Participants must arrange demand-responsive door-to-door, door-to-stop and related transport, including wheelchair and mobility-scooter transport, booking, dispatch, customer communication, registration and complaint handling. Passenger choice means there is no guaranteed transport volume. The service period is planned from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2032, with participation requests due by 31 December 2031. The participant must accept the stated implementation requirements, provide suitable vehicles and drivers, integrate with the municipality’s registration system, meet sustainability targets and submit the required participation documents.
