PWN distribution mains works with 24/7 fault service

Summary

This tender concerns the implementation of PWN distribution mains works across four areas in the Netherlands: Noord, Midden, Zuid and Texel. The scope includes engineering works on distribution mains, reconstruction of main pipelines and, where applicable, connection remediation; it also includes a 24/7 fault service with a maximum response time of 90 minutes. The procurement is divided into four lots (LOT-0001–LOT-0004) with estimated contract amounts of EUR 100 million, EUR 95 million, EUR 95 million and EUR 23 million respectively. The planned project duration is 2027-04-01 to 2032-03-31; framework agreement with up to two renewals (1x 2 years + 1x 1 year).
