Improvement of the working environment

Summary

The tender concerns the integrated redesign of Gemeente Voerendaal’s working environment, including the supply and installation of office furniture, acoustic solutions and furnishing for the multifunctional room. The design should improve capacity, functionality, flexibility, acoustics, concentration, appearance, employee wellbeing and reuse of existing furniture. At least four enclosed phone booths and at least three quiet workstations or quiet zones are required. The contract has a fixed value of EUR 200,000 excluding VAT and must be completed by 1 June 2027. The multifunctional room is limited to EUR 10,000; the pricing workbook also states that the coffee corner may not exceed EUR 10,000. Awarding is based entirely on quality: design and vision account for 70 points and the written implementation plan for 30 points. The tender must be submitted by 11 November 2026 at 10:00. The tenderer must submit a signed European Single Procurement Document, trade-register extract, reference, design documentation and quality-subcriterion responses, and must be able to meet the specified standards, insurance, certification, language, logistics, warranty and Social Return requirements.
