Archive processing for the Municipality of De Ronde Venen

Summary

The tender concerns the processing of 597.7 linear metres of permanently preserved paper archives for the Municipality of De Ronde Venen. The work will be carried out in Mijdrecht from 4 January 2027 until no later than 31 December 2028 and includes final checking and cleaning, inventorying, arranging, describing and materially processing archive blocks, preparing an archive inventory in MaisFlexis, and identifying items proposed for destruction. The municipality will carry out the actual destruction. The contract is a single lot with a maximum total price of EUR 300,000 excluding VAT. Bids must be submitted by 9 November 2026 at 10:00. Awarding is based on the best price-quality ratio: the approach plan is worth 40 points and price 60 points. The bidder must submit a signed trade-register extract, signed European Single Procurement Document, signed price sheet, approach plan and reference form, and must accept all tender documents and requirements without reservation.
