Monodisciplinary advisory and design services for underground pipelines

Summary

Dunea N.V. is procuring framework agreements for specialist advisory and design services relating to underground transport pipelines. The services may include project and technical management, project control, stakeholder management, feasibility and route studies, permit inventories, preliminary and detailed design, technical advice, tender support, contract supervision and construction support. The work may be ordered as a specialist sub-assignment, temporary capacity support or an integrated design assignment. The framework is planned for 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2031, with up to two possible two-year extensions, and may include up to three operators. The estimated maximum value is EUR 8,000,000. Tenders must be submitted by 20 November 2026 at 16:00 and remain valid for 60 days.
