Framework Agreement for Bespoke Interior Fittings

Summary

This procurement seeks one contractor for a framework agreement covering the maintenance, repair, adaptation and expansion of bespoke interior fittings at the Noord-Brabant provincial government building. The work includes an initial inventory, inspection, analysis and registration of existing fittings, as well as designing, producing, delivering, moving in, installing and commissioning new bespoke interior elements. The framework agreement starts on 4 January 2027, runs for four years and may be extended three times by one year. Its maximum contractual value is €3,500,000, but no minimum turnover is guaranteed.
