Framework agreement for real estate advisory and engineering services

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for real estate advisory and engineering services for Gemeente Noordoostpolder. Lot 1 covers general engineering services such as project management, design, construction and technical supervision, cost planning, contract advice and maintenance plans. Lot 2 covers real-estate investigations, inspections, measurements, analyses and consultancy, including asbestos, building physics, structural, energy and CO2-reduction studies. Up to three suppliers will be appointed to the framework for each lot.
