European open procurement for the supply of planting material

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for the supply of planting material in two lots: regular and native planting material in lot 1 and organic planting material in lot 2. Up to five suppliers may be selected for each lot. The contracting authority will order according to its actual needs during the contract period. Price accounts for 10% and quality for 90% of the evaluation. Bids must be submitted electronically by 6 November 2026 at 12:00. Suppliers must be able to provide the specified plant material, prove origin and quality, meet delivery and labelling requirements, and comply with the framework agreement and the Province of Friesland’s general terms. No bid guarantee is required.
