Summary

The tender covers the supply of laptops, Chromebooks, iPads, charging carts, accessories and related warranty, maintenance and ready-to-use deployment services for OPOZ's 18 schools and other locations. The contract will be awarded to one supplier for 48 months, from 4 January 2027 to 3 January 2031; the maximum framework agreement value is EUR 1,100,000 excluding VAT and the estimated annual value is EUR 230,000 excluding VAT. Estimated annual quantities are 450 Chromebooks, 25–75 staff laptops, 10 student laptops, 10–25 iPads, 5 charging carts and EUR 5,000 of accessories. Tenders must be submitted by 11 November 2026 at 09:00. Quality-related open questions account for 70 points and price for 30 points; a minimum of 35 points must be achieved for the open questions, otherwise the price will not be assessed. The supplier must be able to deliver standard products within 10 working days and build-to-order products within 20 working days, provide a personalised webshop, warranty and repair services, and perform the required device configuration, labelling and management.
