Summary

The tender concerns the supply of workplace equipment and related services under one framework agreement for KIEN and its members. The equipment includes Windows laptops and workstations, Chromebooks, monitors, smartphones, tablets, docking stations and accessories. The services include device preparation, configuration and CMDB registration, a standard fulfilment process, repairs, secure device wiping and returns, a reserve stock, environmentally responsible packaging disposal, product catalogue advice and a digital ordering portal. The framework agreement is expected to last 102 months: an initial four-year term, up to two 24-month extensions and a six-month transition period. The maximum value over the full term including extensions is EUR 56 million, but the contracting authority and its members provide no minimum purchase or volume guarantee. The tender deadline is 20 November 2026 at 12:00. Price accounts for 60% and quality for 40% of the score. Participation requires a complete European Single Procurement Document, a bidder meeting the registration and insurance requirements, the requested PDF quality responses and an error-free pricing sheet. Exceeding the 12.5% service-cost cap or failing other zero-value validity checks may result in immediate exclusion.
