Summary

The tender covers the one-off supply of four types of new 100% electric commercial vehicles for the Municipality of Voorschoten in four lots: a double-cab tipper, a single-cab tipper, a crane tipper and a closed L2H1 van. Delivery for lots 1–3 is planned for 2027 and delivery for lot 4 for 2029; there is no mandatory purchase obligation for lot 4. Tenders must be submitted through TenderNed by 6 November 2026 at 09:00 and must remain valid for three months. Price carries 40 points and quality 60 points. Vehicles in lots 1–3 must have at least 100 kW power and a 230 km WLTP range and must meet detailed technical, charging, safety, warranty and maintenance requirements. The bidder must demonstrate registration, liability insurance and comparable experience in supplying electric vehicles during the previous three years.
