Workplace hardware and peripherals

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of workplace hardware and peripherals for the Municipality of Gouda under a framework agreement. The supply includes at least laptops, desktop computers, monitors, mini PCs, Microsoft Surface devices, a limited quantity of Apple laptops and accessories. The framework agreement will run for up to four years and will be concluded with up to three suppliers; the estimated maximum value is EUR 2,600,000 excluding VAT. Mini-competitions will be held for orders from EUR 10,000 onwards. The supplier must provide a secure webshop, advice, delivery, warranty, repairs and support, including delivery of standard products within ten working days. Quality carries 80 points and price carries 20 points. The tender must be submitted in Dutch through TenderNed by 10 November 2026 at 10:00 and must include the ESPD, references, required declarations, quality responses and price sheet.
