Preventive and corrective maintenance of solar shading systems

Summary

Tilburg University is seeking one contractor for preventive and corrective maintenance of indoor and outdoor solar shading systems at its buildings. Every two years, the contractor must carry out a full inspection and maintenance round, with minor repairs and adjustments included in the price. Major repairs and the replacement of motors, fabrics or complete systems require a separate quotation and the contracting authority’s prior approval. The services also include fault response, condition assessment using the NEN 2767 method, annual maintenance forecasting, documentation in the Planon application and preparation of a multi-year maintenance plan. The contract starts on 1 January 2027 for two years and may be extended twice for periods of up to two years. The tender deadline is 16 November 2026 at 12:00. Price carries 60 points, the implementation and execution plan 30 points, and sustainability and socially responsible business 10 points.
