SWWB de Baronie Framework Agreement for Cleaning and Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Mechanical Installations 2027–2028

Summary

The procurement concerns cleaning and preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical installations in the SWWB de Baronie area during 2027–2028. It is divided into three lots: the ABG municipalities and Baarle-Hertog, Etten-Leur, and Breda. A two-year framework agreement will be concluded with one contractor for each lot, starting on 1 January 2027, with the option to extend it twice by one year. The maximum values of the lots, including extensions, are EUR 1,700,000, EUR 1,100,000 and EUR 1,200,000 respectively; the contracting authorities are not obliged to order the full maximum volume. The award criteria are quality-related: delivery of cleaning and preventive maintenance 20%, fault resolution 20%, customer-friendly working 10%, continuity of service and emergency management 40%, and sustainability 10%.
