Summary

The tender covers the supply, transport, installation, assembly, connection and commissioning of school and office furniture at Stichting Resonans’s 11 schools and administrative office. One framework agreement will be concluded with one supplier. It starts on 1 February 2027, lasts five years and may be extended up to five times by one year. Orders will be placed as needed and there is no minimum purchase obligation. The bidder must be able to supply accessible, safe and durable furniture suitable for pupils with special educational needs. The tender must include the required qualification and compliance documents, references, pricing and descriptions of the ordering and delivery process, account management, sustainability and circularity, and implementation plan. Price carries 30 points and quality 70 points: ordering and delivery process 25, account management 15, sustainability and circularity 15, and implementation plan 15 points.
