European open tender – scheduling management system

Summary

The tender covers the supply, implementation, maintenance and further development of a new scheduling management system for Stichting 113 Zelfmoordpreventie’s support department. The system must replace the current solution and support schedule planning, employee self-service, iOS and Android applications, a two-way AFAS integration, a REST API, SSO and secure reporting. The solution must be operational by the first quarter of 2027. The contract starts on 11 January 2027, runs until 10 January 2031 and may be extended by the contracting authority up to two times for two years each. The estimated value is EUR 324,000 excluding VAT. Price represents 30% of the evaluation and quality 70%; quality is assessed through the implementation plan, integrations, system management and further development, and the demonstration with a test environment.
